Biorefinery Case Study

OBJECTIVES

The objective of this project was to double the capacity of an existing ethanol plant. New distillation process procedures were to be created and a new state of the art energy management centre was to be assembled. New electrical systems were to be designed and installed by Ouncel. The existing DCS, HMI and PLC systems were to be upgraded to a more reliable and user friendly. Ouncel were to provide project management supervision and onsite support throughout the duration of the project. Safety is always kept at the forefront of every project carried out by Ouncel.
