OBJECTIVES

Ouncel were appointed control systems supplier for the doubling of production capacity of one of Irelands most well-known distillers. To achieve this, new fermenters were to be installed along with an increased number of stills for the distillation process. New process design using Rockwell PLC software was to be engineered to ensure the smooth running of the plant with increased productivity.
